In 1997, I joined the QPS team as an onsite electrician. Through hard work, I was given the opportunity to move up to a management role. In my 27 years with QPS, I have been given the opportunity to help educate new employees and watch them move from apprentices to larger roles within QPS. I am thankful I’ve been able to expand my career, and I am now the company’s Lead Estimator.
I am grateful to have been part of the QPS Team for the past 13 years. QPS has allowed me the opportunity to grow, not only personally but professionally. I love the company, I love the people, and I love being able to make a difference!
I have worked for QPS on numerous projects since 2007 off and on and part of the management team since 2012 consecutively. I have worked for many companies throughout my 26yrs and they just don’t have the same vibe, respect, or leadership that QPS has. The story how it all began at QPS is inspiring and they inspire me to grow and be a better manager every day.
As Executive Operations Manager, My role is to optimize day-to-day activities and streamline the workflow for the corporate office. I have thoroughly enjoyed my last 20 years of employment here at QPS and feel like they are my second family.
