Aaron Gay- Manager of Operations
Aaron Gay is one of the company’s founders and is the company’s CEO. Prior to founding QPS, Aaron filled the role of Operations Manager of a Project Executive of a Premier Florida Specialized Contractor. He also worked for a General Contractor in Civil and Structural work. He has extensive experience in Plant Instrumentation, Electrical and Controls, Plant/Mill Automation, Allen Bradley Systems, and Private Acquisitions and Contracting. His experience includes but is not limited to President’s level executive management, project level site management, major and minor plant expansions, government contracting, systems engineering, and program and project management.
Aaron is a Licensed Contractor and has worked with firms in over half of the US Mainland States. As a Licensed Contractor Aaron has successfully directed operations over 800 construction personnel coordinating logistics for smooth mobilizations thought the Mainland States.
John T. Hammen, PMP – Company President
John Hammen joined QPS in 2003 and with over 30 years of experience he provides leadership leading and coordinating the company's multiple divisions. His position includes providing leadership to site and regional based operations throughout the states. Additionally, responsibilities include, strategic planning, risk management, new business development, and negotiations of contracts. He has extensive knowledge of both the contract side and as importantly the logistical and technical complex items. John carries a variety of contracting licenses throughout the United States.
James Gay – Division Manager/Company Executive
James Gay is one of the initial founders of QPS and has been a leading Division Manager for 17 years. James’ experience in both the Mechanical and the E&I industry is the driving force behind the success of QPS. With experience in all facets of the industry, James carries over 30 years of Process and Industrial/Heavy Commercial experience. James heads up the estimating, project management, scheduling and operations for this group.
Diana Bradbury – Company CFO
Responsible for the overall financial reporting for QPS, Diana has been working with QPS since the doors opened. Diana is a leader in her industry with credentials in both commercial and governmental GAAP.
Glenn Aaronson, PE –President Design-Build Projects
Glenn came to Quality Plus Services in 2003 after and has over 30 year of Industrial design and construction experience. He received his college education from Tallahassee Community College ,Florida A & M and Florida State University College of Engineering, graduating in 1991 with a B.S in Civil Engineering.
While at Watkins Glenn held several titles. He began in 1988 as a Design Engineer but rose steadily into Management where his position and title continued to climb.
Glenn’s passion for his work and his commitment to QPS is extraordinary.
Glenn and his group have supported both QPS internal construction engineering needs but also works with clients to provide their special project engineering needs as well.
Larry L. Deans – VP Marketing & Sales
Larry Deans bring more than 40 years’ of sales, marketing and management experience to his current role as Vice President, Marketing & Sales for Quality “Plus” Services, Inc. Larry has been with QPS since 2005.
Before joining QPS Larry worked for the following international corporations:
Morrison-Knudsen, an engineering, construction, manufacturing consortium as field service engineer, purchasing agent, estimator, power plant project manager, marine and international stationary sales manager.
Wartsila, a manufacturing world leader in reciprocating diesel, gas engines, and propulsion systems for marine installations, stationary and barge-mounted power plants. During his time with Wartsila Larry was Vice President, Marketing & Sales of their MKW Division.
Larry was educated as a Steam Propulsion Engineer and sailed merchant vessels before coming shore side. Many hours of continuing education were provided by Morrison-Knudsen and Wartsila.
Jason Brittain- Vice President
Jason began his construction career as a teenager. At the age of 19, he owned and operated his first company .Throughout his career, Jason has owned and managed multiple companies. In addition, he has been directly involved with building and acquiring numerous businesses.
Jason has an extensive construction background which includes, but not limited to: industrial construction, facility maintenance, commercial construction, site work, and asphalt paving.
Jason joined Quality Plus Services in 2014, after 14 years of experience in the industry. He is currently responsible for the oversight of several divisions, in multiple states, within the organization.
